The Hallmark Auto Membership is a once-off fee and after paying, your Membership fee will be held as a deposit. You will then have access to reserve a vehicle from our Salvage Vehicles to purchase and have access to bid in our Timed Auction.

PLEASE NOTE! You need to be logged in and have purchased the Hallmark Membership before you can reserve a vehicle on the Salvage Vehicles page or participate in the Timed Auction.

Once you’ve clicked “Buy Now”, your vehicle is reserved, and a Hallmark sales representative will contact you regarding the next steps in purchasing your vehicle.

If your selected vehicle is available, you will be sent confirmation as well as a quotation via email.

Please make sure that once you’ve clicked “Buy Now”, you are sure about your purchase as you agree to pay the advertised amount once confirmation is received.

Full payment must be made within 24 hours. Should payment not be made, your deposit will be forfeited, and your Hallmark Membership revoked.

Once full payment is made, we will keep your deposit if you may be interested in purchasing vehicles in the future using our online service.

You may also choose to use your Membership deposit as part of your payment towards the vehicle. Kindly note that this will mean should you wish to purchase another vehicle online in the future, you will have to repay the membership fee.

You may claim a refund if you no longer wish to be a member and have not failed to follow through with any payments.
