After paying a membership deposit, bidders have 48 hours to place their bids, allowing ample time for research and consideration.

Refund policy for timed auction membership deposits

If you’ve made a deposit for our Timed Auction membership and wish to request a refund, here's what you need to know:

Refund eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must have proof of payment for your deposit and have yet to renege on an agreement, such as failing to pay for a won auction bid.
Refund process: To initiate a refund request, contact one of our consultants or call us! You'll need to provide proof of payment, a bank confirmation letter, and a copy of your ID or passport. The refund process typically takes 7-10 working days.
Refund disbursement: Refunds are processed via EFT into the account provided on your bank confirmation letter. There are no fees associated with requesting or processing a refund.

Important considerations

Refunds for general vehicle purchases or salvage vehicles purchased outside the Timed Auction are unavailable. If a client wins a bid on a vehicle but fails to make payment, the deposit will be forfeited.
